Refund and Returns Policy

Because of the nature of the professional services we provide and the digital assets we sell, our return and refund policy is structured as follows. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital products or engaging our services.

1. Digital Products (Tools and PDFs)

All sales of digital assets—including but not limited to custom invoice generators, downloadable PDF study materials, templates, and digital business tools—are final.

  • No Refunds: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the download link or file has been delivered.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties downloading, opening, or accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our support team immediately. We will ensure you receive a working copy of the asset you purchased.

2. Professional Services (CA, Legal, & Registrations)

Our professional services require the immediate allocation of time, resources, and expert consultation.

  • Government Fees & Challans: Any money paid toward government fees, stamp duties, challans, or official registry fees (such as for Trademark filing, Company Incorporation, or GST registration) is strictly non-refundable once deposited with the respective government department.

  • Service Execution: Once our CAs or Advocates have commenced work on your project, drafted documents, or provided consultation, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations Before Execution: If you wish to cancel a service before any actual work has commenced or any government fees have been paid, you may request a cancellation. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing charges.

3. Duplicate Payments and Errors

If you are charged twice for the same digital product or service due to a technical error or payment gateway glitch, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

  • Refund processing for duplicate payments generally takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your original method of payment.

4. How to Request a Refund (For Applicable Cases)

If you believe your situation warrants an exception or if you are reporting a duplicate payment, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the transaction:

  1. Email us at info@yourlegalchamber.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name/Order ID]”.

  2. Include your payment receipt, the name of the service/product purchased, and a brief explanation of the issue.
